Christopher A. Whitfield

President and Chief Executive Officer

Chris Whitfield served as Chief Financial Officer prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors in November 2008. Chris has been with Cash Cycle Solutions since 2003 serving in various senior management and officer roles.

Chris is a certified public accountant with six years of international public accounting experience with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Chris has over 20 years experience with public and private companies building and running finance and administration organizations and managing operations in areas of technology training, software development and technology-based outsourced services. Corporate experience prior to Cash Cycle Solutions includes GridSouth, a regional transmission organization for Duke Energy, Progress Energy and SCANA Corporation; Cedalion Education, Inc., a provider of high-end technology training and education; and Broadway & Seymour, Inc., a publicly-traded technology integration firm.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University and is a graduate of the Young Executives Executive Master program from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business College.

Joe M. Harper

Chief Operating Officer and President, Document Group, CCS

Joe Harper came to CCS from SunGard Output Solutions where he was President from 1999 to 2005. Joe has 22 years of experience in the business process outsourcing space and grew SunGard from approximately $8 million in revenue to over $42 million. Corporate experience prior to CCS includes SunGard, University of Alabama Hospital System and First Alabama Bank where he was Vice President of Information Technology.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the Carlson School at U of Minnesota.

Xiaohu "Tiger" Guan

Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Tiger Guan has over 10 years of experience in software development and project management. Prior to joining Cash Cycle Solutions, Tiger led software development teams at Incellico, Inc. and at Cisco Systems where his team developed a Test Information Management System that was deployed company-wide. Tiger was one of the original members of Extensibility, Inc., a leading provider of XML tools acquired by TIBCO Software, Inc. in September 2000. He is a recognized expert on XML and schema.

Tiger holds Masters of Science degrees in both Computer Sciences and Physics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

Robert L. Williams

Vice President of Operations and President, Billing Group, CCS

Bob Williams has been the President of the Billing Group, formerly Utility Business Services, Inc. (UBS), since 1995. Billing Group clients are primarily investor-owned or municipal water and wastewater organizations. Prior to joining CCS, Bob was Vice President of Information Resources at New Jersey Natural Gas Company for eight years. From 1978 to 1986, he held management-consulting positions at Arthur Young & Company, Arthur Andersen & Co. and Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc. Bob began his career at Eastman Kodak Company, with responsibilities in warehouse and office productivity financial forecasting and cost analysis and credit administration.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Kelly H. Choate

Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller

Kelly Choate joined Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. as Corporate Controller in September 2003 and has served as Vice President of Finance since November 2008. Kelly has a wide range of experience in corporate finance. She joined Broadway & Seymour, Inc. in 1987 and helped the firm progress from a small start-up to a publicly-held corporation. She then joined Broadnet, Inc., a technology company providing solutions to the banking industry, where she served as Chief Financial Officer.

Kelly started her own accounting company that assisted organizations by providing them financial, tax and accounting services.

Kelly was educated at the University North Carolina at Charlotte and holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting.
